Has a distinctly clear look with notes of ripe fruit such as mandarin, lemon, and, lime. It is a full flavored wine. Hints of herbs, green spices, minerality combine to form its delicious flavor. The acid content contributes to a full complex structure. It is an extremely rich wine in which barrel aging is displayed beautifully. It is an excellent choice for seafood as well smoked and dried hams.
